Introduction
This portal is hosted by the Pensions & Benefits section of the PEI Department of Finance (Pensions & Benefits) as the administrative agent of the Public Sector Pension Plan (PSPP). Pensions & Benefits maintains this portal as a service to active members of the PSPP.
Safeguarding Your User ID and Password
The portal provides access to confidential and personal information about you and your entitlement under the PSPP. By registering for, accessing or otherwise using the portal you agree to exercise due care and be solely responsible for your use of the portal including:
- safeguarding your Pension Portal user ID and password;
- signing into the portal using only the user ID and password that has been assigned to or chosen by you;
- taking full responsibility for all activities occurring under your user ID and password;
- not permitting others to use the portal when you are logged in and if, despite the foregoing, others do use the portal under your user ID and password, you are solely responsible for any activity they authorize from your user ID and password;
- immediately reporting the loss or theft of your user ID or password or any unauthorized use of your user ID or password as soon as possible to Pensions & Benefits.

Estimator: This portal contains a pension estimator and copies of your most recent annual pension statements.
Users are responsible to ensure that any information they provide to produce an estimate is accurate and complete, and users are solely responsible for any errors or omissions. Any information you provide and any estimates created are not reviewed, audited or verified by Pensions & Beneifts. As a result, any estimate produced is not binding on Pensions & Benefits or the PSPP. You should not rely on any such estimate in making any financial decisions, any employment decisions, or taking any action with respect to your pension benefits.
If you are within a year of your retirement date, you may request a written estimate respecting your future pension benefit by contacting Pensions & Benefits directly. The actual benefit you will be entitled to receive can only be known and officially calculated when the benefit becomes payable.

Privacy
Pensions & Benefits may gather and analyze certain information of a non-personal nature regarding site usage from all visitors to this portal. Such site usage and statistical information may be disclosed to third parties at Pensions & Benefits' discretion.
